Structure and process

  • 1) Six groups of randomly chosen members formed and seated at separate tables in same room (Plenary)
  • 2) Seven possible topics based on GCP Themes + communications (A Okono) and GCP Transition (J-M Ribaut)
  • 3) Each topic session will last 30 minutes
  • 4) Groups will remain seated at designated table; GCP moderators will rotate at timed periods
  • 5) Since there are six groups but seven topics, each group will miss one topic at random
