We are developing both web-based and standalone tools for the validation, submission, and conversion of data held in GCP data templates.

The web-based Template Validator is in development and will be available soon.

The standalone GCP Templates Data Editor is available as a plug-in for GenoMedium. Alternatively you can use version configured specifically for the GCP Template, which can be downloaded from the links below. If you have Java version 1.5 already installed on your computer please download the with not included, it is a smaller download.
