Genomics and comparative genomics: New learning module

 

The module is a collab or ation project between C or nell University's Institute f or Genomic Diversity and GCP, and is designed to be used either as basic material f or a class setting, or as a self-tut or ial. It targets scientists and advanced students with a strong background in biology and genetics. The principal audience includes plant breeders, molecular biologists and other plant scientists on the fringe of—but not fully engaged in—genomics research. More

 

 

MAB module: McClintock Crop Bioinformatics course

 

A new module on marker-assisted backcrossing (MAB) module has been added in the McClintock Crop Bioinformatics course More

 

 

New data templates now available

 

GCP's Subprogramme 4 has launched new data templates. Participants at this year’s GCP Annual Research Meeting will benefit from an on-site helpdesk on how to use the templates. More

 

 

Update on the Project Development Guide: new governance structure

 

The Project Development Guide (PDG) has been updated to reflect the new governance structure reported in GCP News No 31 of 12th June 2008. More
