Genomedium

GenoMedium is a plug-in based standalone user interface that uses the Eclipse Rich Client Platform which allows the user to query, visualize and analyze data using the tools available to the GCP Pantheon Informatics Platform. Several features are either available or under development.

The Feature GenoMedium Query provides the GenoMedium Query framework for querying GCP Data Sources and has additional support for generic GUIs, not available in the standard GenoMedium feature.
The ICIS feature provides ICIS implementation of the GCP Data Source interface.
The GCP Dataset Editor provides the GCP Templates Framework for validation, editing and visualisation of the GCP Datasets held in the GCP Templates.
The GCP Administrator provides the editor for editiing the GCP Templates definitions and to generate new templates in Excel and text file.
