HPC_facilities software

.

The lower half of this page provides information and instructions for the software facilities delivered by the GCP HPC, the High Performing Computing facilities.  Technical information on the organization of the HPC is found on this page

All HPC systems offer the Paracel BLAST routine together with the Paracel Bioview Workbench web interface (http://coe04.ucalgary.ca/bwb/).
For each HPC site several different additional programs and web interfaces are being developed.
HPC Project Manager is Anthony Collins at CIP a.collins@cgiar.org.
