Phenotyping Wizard 

The purpose of the Phenotyping Template Wizard is to capture the phenotypic data generated in GCP projects in a standardized fashion, and to facilitate future meta-analyses. The Phenotyping Wizard is designed to provide a simple method for recording phenotypic observations along with any associated environmental data and a description of all experimental methods employed. Compatibility with the GCP domain models and crop information systems such as ICIS will be assured.

A manual to provide written documentation will be available shortly at the same URL.



At the time of writing (Jan 2010) the Phenotyping Wizard is still under construction.
