QTL x E

The GCP SP4 biostatics experts developed software modules for QTL and QTL x E as R programs. The modules will be embedded in the GenStat software package. Participants of a GCP statistics course are provided with time-limited licenses to make use of the statistics software.

The slides and documents presented at GCP statistics courses can be found on the Germplasm Data Analysis (GDA) pages of Biometris, the WUR centre for mathematical and statistical expertise.
