Workshop on Phenotypic and marker based analysis of multi-environment data: Identifying the genetic basis of GxE and responses to stress
Sao Paulo, Brazil
11 September 2006
This one-day course titled "Phenotypic and marker based analysis of multi-environment data: Identifying the genetic basis of GxE and responses to stress" took place on 11 September from 9AM to 5PM, the day before the GCP Annual Research Meeting began in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
The course, led by Fred van Eeuwijk and Marcos Malosetti of WUR, focused on the analysis of multi-environment data and genotype by environment data as typically occurring in breeding programs for stress tolerance. In all, 40 participants attended this very successful course.
